We are taking all the necessary steps as mandated by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of Karnataka. This includes:
- Staff temperature is monitored and logged at regular intervals.
- All areas disinfected with appropriate sanitization kits.
- Staff practices wearing of masks & glove.s
- Social distancing maintained at all times.
Guests are requested to adhere to the following protocols as mandated by the Govt.
- Only asymptomatic guests will be allowed.
- Note that guests below the age of 10 and above the age of 65 will not be allowed on the premises due to the associated risk.
- Check -In Protocols to be followed : temperature check of all guests, use of sanitizer, self Declaration form (will be provided) to be signed and 1 piece of Govt. Issued ID to be mandatorily furnished
- Use of Arogya Sethu app mandated
- Zero-contact policy to be followed with all staff as mandated by the Govt.
- Handling cash should be avoided as much as possible. We have made digital payments available, please use this facility.
- While travelling around and visiting tourist spots, guests are advised to have the Apthamitra app installed on the phone and contact appropriate authorities via the app if necessary.
